The study of this work, by using different approaches and from various dimensions can have valuable results One of these dimensions is comparative  study of this work’s narratives. In this article, historical events of “Bubakr Hasiri” & “Afshin & Budlof” are compared with each other. Therefore a summary of the two narratives come at first and then fictional aspects of the two narratives are analyzed. The results of this article show that two mentioned events have stable & coherent structure and although the general structure, characters and actions of the two events have many similarities, the narration style, characters introduction, description and setting have significant differences. It seems that writer’s use of referential language in Bubakr Hasiri whose events have happened in Beihaqi days, has made this story more historical, and in “Afshin & Budlof” which has happened before Beihaqi days and the writer was more free in narration, the use of emotional language has made the story more narrative and theatrical .   تاریخ بیهقی یکی از آثار ماندگار و جاودانه تاریخ و ادبیات فارسی است. بررسی این اثر با رویکرد‌های گوناگون و از جنبه‌های مختلف می‌تواند نتایج ارزشمندی را در پی داشته باشد؛ یکی از این جنبه‌ها، بررسی تطبیقی ماجرا‌های این اثر است. در این مقاله کوشیده شده، ساختار ماجرا‌های «بوبکر حصیری» و «افشین و بودلف»، با یکدیگر مقایسه شود. از این رو، در آغاز خلاصه‌ای کوتاه از هر دو ماجرا آمده است و پس از آن، جنبه‌های داستانی به کار رفته در این دو ماجرا بررسی و واکاوی شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد، دو ماجرای یاد شده، ساختار منسجم و مستحکمی دارند و هر چند ساختار کلی دو ماجرا و شخصیت‌ها و کنش‌های آن‌ها از دیدگاه ساختاری شباهت‌ فراوانی با یکدیگر دارند؛ اما در شیوه‌های روایت، معرفی شخصیت‌ها‌، توصیف و صحنه تفاوت‌های آشکاری میان این دو ماجرا دیده می‌شود و چنین می‌نماید، در ماجرای بوبکر حصیری که حوادث آن در روزگار بیهقی روی داده، بهره‌گیری نویسنده از زبان ارجاعی، این ماجرا را تاریخی‌تر ساخته و در ماجرای «افشین و بودلف» که پیش از روزگار بیهقی اتفاق افتاده و دست نویسنده برای برخی دگرگونی‌ها در شیوه روایت آن بازتر بوده، بهره‌گیری از زبان عاطفی داستان را روایی‌تر و نمایشی‌تر ساخته است. https://jpll.ui.ac.ir/article_16364_94f009347658e65d8b85705a0af7c9e1.pdf
